This page explains how to request deletion of your Depro account and the cloud data linked to it. Use this URL for Google Play’s account-deletion requirement.

Steps to request account deletion
Follow these steps to ask us to delete your Depro account:
- Open your email app and compose a message to delete_account@pmix.net.
- Use the subject line: Depro account deletion request.
- Include: (1) the email address you used to sign in to Depro, (2) your user ID if you know it, and (3) a clear statement that you want your account deleted.
- We verify ownership, then delete the account and eligible cloud data. Typical completion time is within 30 days of a verified request.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete (or if we need more information).

All account deletion requests for Depro must be sent to delete_account@pmix.net.
Data deleted, retained, and retention periods
When a verified account deletion request is completed, Depro handles data as follows:

| Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse logs needed for legal compliance | Retained temporarily | Kept up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law |
| Google Play purchase / subscription records | Retained by Google | Managed by Google Play Billing under Google’s policies (not fully controlled by Depro) |
| Advertising identifiers processed by ad partners (free tier) | Partner systems | Handled by ad partners (e.g. Google AdMob) under their policies; reset Advertising ID in Android settings anytime |
